Thank you so much for conducting Mums funeral today.  We thought you did an excellent job of it all and it was as if you knew her – which was obviously what you got from talking to us on the telephone but that is a wonderful skill that you have.  I have already received messages from friends and family that took part online and they all have commented on how wonderful you were so thank you.
